The M Series by Sioux has been the water heater of choice for concrete plant owners for decades. Its affordability, the ability to add more heating capacity in the future, and the flexibility of using oil, LP or natural gas as a fuel source are all strong draws.
Designed for applications where a large quantity of hot water is needed in a short time, this unit is built to handle the duty cycle of a concrete plant. All M Series hot water heaters include a centrifugal pump to recirculate hot water from your new or existing vented water tank and the control box with starters for each heater/pump section, as well as temperature control features and a service rated electrical disconnect switch.

Sioux has leveraged their extensive expertise in industrial water heaters to develop the WH Series. These cutting-edge water heaters have been designed with advanced features for efficient water heating while offering convenient control, monitoring, and maintenance.
The WH Series water heaters by Sioux are designed as horizontal, skid-mounted units with three-pass coils. They are capable of providing a continuous supply of hot water within minutes of being started up. The WH Series is available in four sizes, offering heat outputs of 1.0, 1.7, 3.0, or 5.0 million BTU/Hr. To create a comprehensive water heating system, Sioux WH series water heaters can be combined with any of our various capacity water tank packages to suit your production needs.

Commercial water chillers reduce production costs by as much as 95% per yard of concrete. Additionally, the hassles and labor costs associated with manual handling, storage and supplying ice are eliminated. To ensure consistency, our chillers allow for precise control over both water temperature and the volume of water going into the concrete mix. Our water cooling systems can chill water from 65°F to 35°F accurately and at low cost.
